Option 4 Gives you the opportunity to leave us a voice message about the quality of our customer service. This voice message is then delivered directly to one of our senior managers for prompt attention. Or, if you feel that you would rather speak to a manager, without leaving a voice message, please just ask our receptionist to put you through to one of our senior managers.
By Email: At the bottom of this page you will see a button that says “Provide Feedback to Work Ready Australia”. Once you click on this button you will have the opportunity to type a message. This message is then delivered to one of our senior managers for prompt attention.
