The "Work Ready" program identifies the right culture, instils the knowledge and develops the competencies in our graduates to improve both safety and productivity outcomes for our clients.

Work Ready Australia's "Work Ready" applicants undergo comprehensive, best practice recruitment and selection processes before being accepted into the program.
The selection process for the "Work Ready" development program aims to ensure that each selected applicant has the highest chance of succeeding in the mining industry; therefore all applicants are put through a thorough review and selection process to assess their suitability for the industry. Once selected, they are offered a position on the exclusive development program and progressively assessed as they learn about their new career.
Work Ready Australia believes that to ensure business success and sustainability, adequate time must be spent developing operator competencies and the desired culture for mobile plant operators. During the "Work Ready" program participants are taught the culture and behaviours that will see them add value to any mining operation.
Practical training, entry into the workplace and ongoing support!
On completion of the program, graduates are placed into the Work Ready Australia resource pool for placement. Once placed, "Work Ready" graduates are trained on-site by Work Ready Australia to acquire the competencies required for their new role. The graduates are then mentored for 12 months to ensure a smooth transition into their new career..
