Recruitment Consultants

Recruitment Consultants find candidates for jobs and jobs for candidates. As a Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Develop business relationships/opportunities with both current and potential clients
• Attract new candidates to register with Work Ready Australia
• Evaluate clients' staffing requirements and assess how best to meet their needs
• Find suitable candidates who match your clients' vacancies and promote them to your clients

It can be a challenging and demanding role, requiring self-motivation, determination and a strong sales instinct. However, it is also an extremely rewarding role both personally and financially.

If you would like to become a recruitment consultant but don't have the relevant experience Work Ready Australia will develop your skills.

Training Specialists

Training is an integral part in the ongoing growth and development of any company. A good trainer will have flexibility, intelligence, personality and the ability to plan, multitask and deliver to the required industry standards. Trainers are expected to stay current in training practices, build their own skills and apply new training techniques as required.

As a training specialist you will:

• Have a passion for developing other peoples skills.
• Be willing to work either from a metro or remote sites as required.
• Demonstrate the ability to transfer knowledge and skills in a consistent manner to superior standards.
• Have a Certificate 4 in training and assessment.

The role can be very challenging requiring high levels of communication, patience and understanding but is also an extremely rewarding and satisfying role to see the results of your efforts.
